I'm a User Researcher based in Glasgow, with 8 years of experience in digital product development. I'm passionate about using qualitative research to tell the stories of customers & users, and in the process, inspire colleagues to make smarter, more user-centred decisions. I'm enthusiastic, experimental, innovative, & curious.
