A little about me

If you're here, you probably already know that my name is Charlotte. I'm a User Researcher with 8 years of experience spanning e-commerce, charities, ed-tech, energy and the public sector. I've worked in agencies and in-house teams in both large organisations and (predominantly) start-ups and scale-ups.

If you're looking for a qualitative-focused researcher with a knack for taking messy qualitative data directly from customers and distilling it into actionable features and user needs for your design team to take forward, I can probably help you.

I'm an end-to-end researcher, meaning I have years of experience planning, recruiting for, running, analysing and presenting all kinds of research across all design phases - although I specialise in discovery.

I've also conducted research with all kinds of groups, but as a recent Psychology MSc graduate, I'm particularly drawn to research with vulnerable and/or under-represented groups.
