About me:
I'm a User Researcher based in Lossiemouth, Scotland, transitioning from design to broader research work aligned with my recent MSc in Psychology. I have a strong background in qualitative and mixed-methods research, and I am passionate about understanding humans and using research to improve services for diverse populations. I’ve led research with neurodivergent people and their managers at Cognassist and explored bereavement experiences for Sue Ryder at Torchbox. My work goes beyond tick-box exercises, utilising empathy and an individualised approach to uncover meaningful insights that drive change, and I’m skilled in distilling complex information into clear, actionable findings.
